So, when I found out I was pregnant with my first child I was excited but also scared. When I told Stephanie of my exciting news she offered to be my Doula. She was there when it was time to have the baby. Holding my hand and telling me to breathe. She was there afterwards to check up on me and baby. If you are pregnant whether its your first or fourth I recommend having Stephanie as your Doula. She is there for you every step of the way and I'm not sure what I would've done without her. She made my pregnancy less stress and easy going.
